Never recieved package but says delivered
I ordered a Cricut Maker on 6 flex pay. Well I have been watching the tracking on it daily because I was so excited and so are my kids. I have been recieving a lot of packages lately where it is getting closer to Christmas. The UPS delivery man ALWAYS leaves my packages at my back door under my porch. I got a text alert that my package had been delivered and was outside of my door. I was too happy! I went outside and it wasn’t there so I checked my other doors and even my driveway & mailbox! Nothing! I checked with my neighbors even though they live a good ways away from me. Nobody has recieved my package. What can I do? I really want my Cricut Maker before Christmas.

I had a package transferred to the pist office. It took the p iij st office a week to deliver.

Hey… Did you ever figure out what happened to your Cricut??? Let us know, don’t keep us hanging in the dark…

I literally cringe everytime I see I have a package that will be delivered by the post office. Last Christmas, they said they delivered a HSN package here and my Arlo camera did not go off so I know it was never delivered here. A few weeks ago, Amazon tracking indicated a package was left at my door on a Saturday evening. Again, my Arlo camera did not go off. I called the Post Office and they stated the mailman showed the package as delivered but in fact had returned the package to the Post Office for some strange reason.

Just one other thought…. Cricut does a lot of the fulfillment of its products sold on HSN via FedEx. I think they would have shipped a Cricut Maker, not HSN. I would be very surprised if HSN shipped it from HSN’s own warehouses. Look carefully at your tracking number. FedEx from Cricut begins with very different numbers than the numbers UPS uses. Cricut also ships via Surepost. Again very different tracking number than UPS or FedEx. My UPS shipments starts with 1Z, FedEx 140 or 141, and Surepost 926. Just a check on your tracking of this item in your HSN online account should help you figure out who shipped your Cricut Maker. If it’s not UPS call Cricut. Look online at Cricut.com and call their customer service line. You will get a customer service agent in Mexico who cannot search shipping, BUT ask for the agent’s supervisor and you will get someone at Cricut. Just persist….and best of luck. I am hoping that by the time you see my post here, it has been resolved.

I just had this happen this past week. UPS online chat was totally worthless…they said call HSN. HSN very quickly and nicely resent the product (it was only a 20 buck order) and it is being sent to a different address. Late in the week I was finally able to talk to my driver and his assistant…they were sure it was delivered, which led us to believe it was stolen. We’ve never had a theft problem nearby but, just say’n, there is an ever growing homeless encampment in the close area. Hate to place blame but I know all my neighbors and I am on a dead end street. HSN was very nice to me in this situation.

I have been through the same thing several times this year, but only once was it actually the fault of UPS who had delivered an order to my neighbors house. Just call them up and insist they do an investigation into a misdelivery. Make sure to call them back and follow-up at the end of the day too! When this happened to me a couple months back, it took me calling UPS three times before they finally opened an investigation and located my package. All the other issues I have had were due to UPS Mail Innovations, a second rate (being generous) shipper and middleman between UPS and USPS. Hopefully that is not who was to deliver your package because I have never once been able to get in touch with UPS-MI customer service. Good luck, and let us know how it turns out *fingers crossed*

I had a package that said delivered. I didn’t get it. The UPS man delivered it to the Post Office. I got it 2 days later. Hopefully, yours will turn up. It can be aggravating, especially at this time of year.

Yes call them immediately. It sounds like they dropped it off somewhere else. It’s their responsibility to back track and find it. Do they have your signature? Nope. Also call HSN and tell them. This is an expensive piece of equipment and they need to prove they gave it to you. Good luck! It might be insured against theft too thru HSN or UPS.

If you have the tracking number I would call UPS immediately. 1800PICKUPS is the number
