Fudge Refund Request
I ordered one of Giannios Chocolate Fudge 2-count of 8 oz. Packages. Item number: 511-195.
When I ordered the fudge the ingredients on the page stated: INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Chocolate Liquor, Water, Butter(Pasteurized Cream, Natural Flavorings), Cocoa(Processed with Alkali), Brown Sugar, Sweet Cream Powder, Nonfat Dry Milk, Salt, Vanilla, Potassium Sorbate, Soy Lecithin.
I thought I was in luck when the order arrived before Thanksgiving so I could have dessert for once. I have many food allergies so I must be careful what I eat and buy.
After I got the fudge out of its containers to cut them up and place the extras in the freezer for later, I noticed a box was too close. Good thing I had brushed it to the side and it turned over. I read the ingredient label, which was a little different. The fudge has corn syrup in it. Besides being GMO garbage additive that is unnecessary in most products, food sellers add it in anyway to their products to cheapen the price for more profit.
I am allergic to corn. GMO corn is what set off my allergy in the mid-1990’s. Since it was a case of anaphylaxsis, I was told by my doctor to avoid corn from that moment on.
Now I have a useless stack of fudge… How would HSN Customer Service like to handle this situation?
Believe me, I would not have ordered this item if all the ingredients had been listed on the item page.
Please let me know how to get a refund.
Thank you,
Dawn

Thank you for all that you are doing.
I do not know what is wrong with the system, but the refund never went through as a posted refund. It posted pending then it disappeared, in which the refund never reposted to my account.
Could you see what the issue is?
Thank you so very much!

Hi there!
I bought many Curtis Stone kitchen wares. The last one I purchased was 8″ frying pan. Since I was using other pans, I kept the pan in the box until last month. When I noticed after first use, the pan was fine but the stainless plate with a handle that attached to the body looked dull.
It looks like the shiny spray never cover the entire handle. 3/4 is shiny and the rest is dull.
So, when it is hang on the rack, you can see the dull part which looks dirty and unfinished.
Since HSN has no stock on this item, I made a contact to the customer Service at Curtis Stone.
I had to send the photo along with the receipt. Even if it was still under warranty, Curtis Stone didn’t replace me with a new one. The reason being, its only cosmetic defect not functional defect. I was deeply disappointed by the fact that they didn’t stand by their products whether its mal function or cosmetic defect. Why would anyone pay for a full price for items that is imperfect. I told C.S. customer service that I would post this at HSN . Now, i have a second thoughts of purchasing Curtis Stone cookwares. My only regret is that I didn’t use the pan right away and found the problem so that I could return it to HSN. Curtis Stone must pay attention to the finishing on every items he sells. A quick manufacturing will eventually dent his reputation. -
I just reissued the refund for the order @undawnted. I’ll check on it tomorrow morning to see the status of it.

I am just glad I was not admitted into the ER… I hope the product page is updated soon.
@hsn_sarah I did have the refund in my checking account and then it disappeared. What happened? Is this refund still going through?
Thank you!
