I placed an order with flex pay. I was able to complete order, process payment. An hour later I received an email that order was cancelled. I was told it was cancelled due flex play eligibility. Upon completing order , there was nothing said about eligibility for flex pay. & also when I checked my bank statement they tried to take a payment for MORE THAN what I authorized and told payment would be
