Orders claimed to have been delivered
I have a lot of orders on my account and they all claim they have been delivered but I have not received one package I don’t want a bill for something I have never received of course.
My main issue is everything that was ordered supposedly each came separately but I have not received one package and they are intended as Christmas presents is there anyway I can get help with this issue when I called I was told to wait until the 28th to see if anything turns up but on the tracking it is claiming on literally everything except one thing that they have been delivered

I’m sorry to hear these items haven’t arrived yet. I do show these were delivered to your address earlier this morning. Please call our customer service team at 1-800-933-2887 to verify the address and account information is correct.

I suggest you also post this with the Customer Service thread within the Community. If it’s any consolation this has also happened to me numerous times. On one occasion I decided to check my neighbor’s house since she was away at the time and found a package on her doorstep with my name on it. Another time the other packages were delivered together to my mailbox two weeks later. Sometimes they are stuck at the post office as well. You can also go directly to the Post Office with the postage numbers to see if they can check on it. As I said above, it could have gone to an incorrect address.

It kills me because honestly I figured wouldn’t hurt to try and get Christmas presents early so I know I’ve got them at least then but according to the tracking they had all been delivered but I hadn’t received one I emailed customer service about it as well . I told them I don’t want to be billed for it when I haven’t recite one of the packages they claim have been delivered. I asked all my neighbors and even the apartment manager if they had got any packages accidentally that had my name on them and not one person had received my mail either . Like I said I put in a complaint on there email over the situation so hopefully they can help me fix it . As I say again I don’t want to be paying anything for things I haven’t received for obvious reasons I think it would be dumb for me to pay for things I haven’t received
