cant pay my bill
I tried to set up my account and when I get directed to the web page to pay it says retrieving your information then turn completely blank. I have been trying for a while now what’s up with all this???? can someone fix that site!!!

I’ve been trying for 2 days to pay my bill!!! When I go to the link I was provided when they changed to Synchrony bank, I only get a blank screen. Chat isn’t working, Customer Service closed. This is ridiculous!!!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having difficulties with setting up your account to pay your HSN Credit Card bill, @jd1961. Have you cleared your browser’s cache & cookies then reloaded a new session? Usually that clears up any background issues that may be causing the trouble.
