HELP! Coupon disappeared after I submitted the order
This is my first order, and I used the coupon code NEW20 for $20 off my first order. It was one item, and it was applied all the way until I submitted the order. Once I submitted it, my total went from $84.99 to $106! Why did it disappear? And how do I get it fixed?

That happens to me every time I use one of their coupons. I have contacted CS and they can’t figure out why this happens. Some times it will work if I log out and log back in. It is very frustrating.
