Private Sale

I just got a email about a private sale clipped on it and a item I purchased last week (Jeffrey Banks throw and pillow) is half of what I paid called customer service asking about a price reduction (bought 3 sets ) was told no price reduction on private sales but here my grief she wants me to send them all back me paying for return shipping and then reorder them and paid shipping again this is ridicules it will probably cost me more

I received a “notification “ on my iPhone this morning about the Private Sale. Clicked on it and it took me to HsN and the page with about 150 items. Extremely reduced prices, mostly home goods, a few fashion items a far as I could tell. I was scrolling through the items, put a couple in my shopping cart and must have double clicked to go back to shopping and I was taken to the main HSN Page. No way could I get back to the “Private Sale” page, tried searching, nothing. Live chatted with CS & was told they do not have access to those products or emails sent to specific customers. I never received an email, only a notification on my phone. The notification disappeared after I initially clicked on it. So I could not get back to the items to see what else was in this Private Sale. Shipping is not reduced so some of the items may be price at $5.00 but shipping is still $5.50. Don’t need anything that bad to pay more for shipping than the actual item.

You’re so very right. I try to shy away from this company and its business practices as much as possible. They aren’t here to make us happy, only to make a buck. My advice? Pay them off as quickly as possible. Don’t do business with them again. You might as well be buying from Fingerhut!!
