Missing packages

Can i please get the address for returns to plano, Texas. I returned packages and no sign of them. I have no reciepts to track so I need the address to fill out a search at post office

@fox5, when I look into this order I see that this item comes from one of our partners so it’s possible they have another warehouse in Plano, TX. Their customer service might be able to provide an address. They can be reached at 1-800-368-8604.

Oh no. The return shipping labels on the invoice said Plano, Texas. I used the label in each of the packages. I just got an email back from hsn from email and it said it was supposed to go to CA.
What in the world should I do? The return shipping labels were to Plano Texas.

It was the eco flow 85 watt solar panel and the eco flow generator with case.

  Hi @fox5, do you by chance have any tracking info for your returns? It could be possible that the address you sent it to is one of theirs, just not the one they provided us to share with our customers.

@fox5, we don’t have a warehouse in Plano, TX. Do you know which items you returned so I can check to see where they’re supposed to be returned.
