Just found out Joy is gone!

Was searching to see when Joy was going to be on and realized her page wasnt coming up. I know things have to change from time to time but I agree with another customer, I think they are throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Ive been shopping with HSN and QVC since the beginning, Im really sad to see some of the changes. A lot of my favorite hosts are gone and the rookies are like mannequins… no personality and they all are all size O. This company has forgotten who their customers are who helped build them.

I also just found out Joy Mangano is no longer on HSN. The last time I saw her the host said she wouldn’t be back all summer. So I’ve been checking the schedule every day since the end of summer wondering when she’ll be back. I thought she must be working on a special product for us to be gone so long. I finally googled her for news.
I have to say I’m shocked that HSN decided to let her go. When she first connected with HSN the new owner at that time brought him with her to help reinvent the company, and that’s exactly what she did. She practically rebuilt HSN with her hangers alone. Considering how much she did for HSN, I sincerely thought they would feel more loyalty to her. It bothers me to find out how wrong I was.
At least 90% of my HSN purchases were Joy Mangano products. I just don’t see a reason to tune in anymore.

They announced it last November 2018. Maybe you aren’t a loyal as you think?!?!?!?

It’s weird! She was the queen of HSN. Are vendors quiting or getting ousted?
