Out of stock of TS Crafter's Companion

I am so frustrated! I ordered the Crafter’s Companion TS shortly after midnight for the auto ship and Gemini Mini. I was told I got it. Then they sold out. The next day they had ordered some more of that configuration. I could have ordered it then and gotten it. Or I could have gotten the TS on auto ship without the Mini. I would have been glad to do that. But I missed out on that too because I thought I had it from the night before. It showed my order was being processed. Now I get a email that they are out of stock and if they don’t get more in in the next 15 days they will cancel my order! WHAT! That’s not good business! Who is keeping track of the inventory!! I am so mad and there is nothing Customer Service can do about it but say they are sorry. I am going to try to contact Crafter’s Companion and at least tell them what is happening. I am so mad that I am done with HSN and Crafting Day. Back to Create and Craft.

I have not gotten my order , yet others who purchased the kit hours after me have gotten. theirs.

Getting tired of dealing with Sara, the subscription card orders were suppose to be limited for those who signed up. Now the boxes sell individually ..

Now I saw a review on some of the dies being made cheap and don’t cut thru 1 piece.

Crafters companion is not always truthful.

I have gotten tired of Anna, She does not know how to make up a decent paper pack for males.

Now with HSN overselling , we cannot count on getting our orders
Very disappointed.

The last TWO 24-hour craft shows I purchased items the night before, was told I had them, then later the next day I didn’t see them in my order status and of course by that time they sold out. The first time that happened I thought I had done something wrong in my ordering but TWICE…..I think not!!!! On the bright side, I saved money by not getting them even though I was very disappointed.

I don’t know why this happens but I’m now more aware and watch for my emails confirming my orders.

Thank you! I did call Crafter’s Companion and they said they have gotten other calls about this. They, however, just take wholesale orders, fill them and ship them out. She felt bad for us about it and the kit will be on their website in 3 months. So this is all HSN doing their oversell again. I noticed the kit with auto ship and no Mini is for sale so I ordered that. The kit with the Mini and no auto ship is also for sale. I wanted the auto ship. So-o-o I guess we had better beware of this in the future. I have had luck ordering what I want the day before scrapbooking day when it comes on the website at about 4:00 in the afternoon. I am aware of stuff like this happening first hand…ordered a grill a few years ago and was told would be delivered by 7/4 and we waited and then received email at 10 am stating sold out. They could not do anything and of course newer ones are never the same or great price; frustrated.
