Need to return, I just burned out and I just bought it in August. I dont have the return label what is my next step?

I’m sorry to hear this has stopped working for you. It did come with a manufacturer’s 1-year limited warranty, so you’ll want to reach out to them for help. They can be reached at 844-354-6253.

The fastest reply is to post your question directly to customer service,thread which is under “Browse Conversations” in Community. It’s just before “Talk Among Yourselves.”
If you purchased the item online, then you can dial the following: 1-800-933-2887 for customer service. If you phoned in your order, then 1-800-284-5757.
You can also send an e-mail. Go to your order history which you will find under your account. Click on your order number and that should bring up the order in question. To the left of this you should be able to find e-mail. They will respond within 24 hours.
You should have no problem returning an item if it’s within 30 days. If the item isn’t broken, or seams and hems are intact on clothing, you may have to pay for the return shipping. I hope this answers your question. Good luck.
