Bait and Switch

I ordered the Canon craft printer in black.When I received it I was shocked to see that it wasn’t the model ordered. HSN neglected to tell us in all the presentations that the white version of this printer was the craft printer, with all the crafting features and the black version was a completely different printer without the crafting features, including 12×12 printing. I checked with Canon and they said the crafting version only comes in white. Whats up with this HSN ?
