i have no points showing nor my log in info?
I continue to play even though there are no points showing nor my log-in name in the info part of the top of the page? where did that go?
is it just me?

I also miss the standings of tickets, I”m competitive so missing my challenge. My points show up in right hand corner on reward store page so I am getting points.

Now the new thing is, if you select the puzzle for the day, the game of the day will appear at the bottom of the page and your points will show at the upper right hand corner of the “Games” screen. But only in that instance does these things show up. After you pick a different game, the screen problem is as before.

No, there are a lot of messages that others ( including myself) are having the same problem. I contacted customer service and they tell me the IT is “working on it” Are you seeing the game of the week? Since the disappearance of the game tickets on the “Games page”, I also am not and do not have a clue which one it is.

I had over a million total points and a little over 80,000 points yesterday. Nothing is showing today and I did not see a new game of the week. Any one got any suggestions?-
Hi sja2014😃 Go into the Community Forum- look under topic ‘Games Are Registering Tickets’ – and follow what’s written: USING (2) SEPARATE WINDOWS… 1- for Rewards page & 1- for Arcade game play. Remember: **ALWAYS REFRESH** REWARDS PAGE AFTER EACH GAME *BEFORE* CHECKING TICKETS. THIS HAS BEEN WORKING FOR SEVERAL OF US THE PAST FEW DAYS. GOOD LUCK👍😃💛

Same here, for two days now. My user name is not showing, number of tickets is not showing. The last thing I see on the right side of the page is the “help” link. My user name should be to the right of the Help link, but it’s not there.
It appears as if I’m logged out and not getting tickets for games played. But there is NO “Sign In” link.
