Hi I have a samsung tracfone and it keeps updating. Can someone at hsn tell me how to fix this? Thanks

If you’ve had the phone more than 30 days, it’s unlikely someone at hsn is going to help.
It’s possible a tracfone user here might have a fix, but I recommend going to the tracfone site and starting an online chat with Technical Support there.
