Terrible Customer Service

We reached out to the collections department to cancel my grandmothers account since she has been bedridden since December due to a massive stroke. Her rehabilitation bills keep pilling up, and She isn’t able to use anything on her auto reorder that keeps coming to the house. My grandfather who ultimately shares the same money as my grandma, and who have been married for 53 years went to cancel her HSN account and these ladies were so rude to him! They said there’s no way to cancel it because they need proof of a power of Attorney. I mean I understand that although it they didn’t even try to find other ways to cancel it, and they were very rude about it. I have never heard such rude customer service in my life. My grandfather went on to cancel from QVC and they were very kind and nice about everything. They canceled all auto shipment and it was taken care of so easily. I for now on will shop at QVC. I have lost total respect for HSN and how they treated my grandfather. You have lost a customer from me!

    I’m truly sorry for the service your grandfather experienced while trying to resolve matters on your grandmother’s account. We want nothing more than to assist in getting this taken care but, we are unable to act on the account without set documentation. We greatly apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your feedback regarding this interaction.
