Microsoft Surface Pro 6
I just received my Microsoft Surface Pro. The Pro is listed to have Windows 10 Pro in the specifications, but after receiving it, I see it only has Windows 10 Home. After calling customer service, they stated that I may have been sent the wrong one out & proceeded to send another, but after looking at the presentation video, I do not see them mention Windows 10 Pro at all. I’m thinking I will be sent the same Pro with only Windows 10 Home. Can this other device being sent out be canceled? It doesn’t look like any of your devices contain Windows 10 Pro at all.

I’m sorry for any concern this has caused, @pageme369. I’ve reviewed this item and do see that it comes with Windows 10 Home operating system. While we are unable to cancel the order, you can still return it within 30 days for a refund.
