Why can't I find my orders??!!
So I got an email with confirmation that I would be getting my package on the 10th of this month and the money was taken out of my account but when I log into my account on HSN website I cannot get any order information it keeps saying no orders found… I used flex pay and am getting worried… When I called .. they ensured everything would be okay and my packages would be arriving by the 10th.. But I am STILL WORRIED… Please help!!

Is there any way to link single guest orders to hsn account?

@kerriann1083, it sounds like you choose to checkout as a guest. Guest orders do not have email address attached to them so you’re unable to locate them when you sign into your account. If you called in, I’m sure they were able to locate your order. You can go to HSN.com and hover over the sign-in section and you’ll see an option for single order lookup. You’ll need the order number and the phone number you used to place the order. Please let me know if you’re unable to locate it.
