Shipping Charges
I was checking my tracking and realize 4 jewelry items I bought and paid $3.50 each were shipped together in 1 box, so I paid $14 for it! They didn’t weigh that much. Also, bought many items a few days before the FREE Shipping day, so I asked if I could get reimbursed for them. The total was $48.00.
If I knew a Free shipping day was coming up, I would have waited and ordered on that day. Mgmt. Offered me $10, but I’m gonna think twice with all the shipping charges that I buy in the future,especially when they put many items in 1 box! Buyer Beware!

u spent 14 they gave u 10 back so u spent 4 and u bought 4 pieces of jewelry so thats 1.00 per item

You spent 14.00, you got a refund of 10.00 so you paid 4 for 4 items, that is one dollar per item, you do the math !!

I can’t believe anyone is still shopping on HSN. They are a total rip off. Between the high prices, the poor quality, and the shipping charges, it’s just not worth it anymore. They have really gone downhill. There are far better choices out there.

Being charged for shipping for every item is ridiculous and like you said when they ship those tiny boxes of jewelry in one package it can’t possibly cost as much as they charge. A lot of jewelry ships at $5.50 Jay king charges $5.50 in shipping for any piece of jewelry even tiny earrings. It all adds up if you are buying 5 or more items a day.

Also, if you use the rebate sites often you can get up to 10% back or more, and that helps to offset shipping charges. I like Be Frugal, Top Cashback, etc.

I suggest keeping items you may want to order in your Favorites list and wait for a free ship day. But, right now if you only ended up paying a dollar per item to ship, be very grateful, they didnt have to offer you anything. I think you got excellent CS.

Well, I guess your Opinion is just that. I was just letting everyone know to be on the lookout, if they weren’t aware.. I have received money back in the past, but HSN is not the same as the good old days. Don’t know how you figure $1 per item??
That makes NO Cents to Me..😂😂
