I’m very sorry you’re having trouble accessing Watch Live. I checked on my side, and the option is appearing on both the HSN website and app. In the Program Guide, scroll to the current time and you’ll see the program that’s on now, along with a clickable Watch Live link. You can also access HSN Live directly from the main menu. If you’re still not seeing it, please try clearing your browser cache or reinstalling the app. If that doesn’t help, come back with the details of what you’re seeing and how you’re viewing, and we’ll be happy to dig into this with you.
