Birthday price not honored
I called and spoke to customer service today, because I just purchased vitamins on the 28th, and now they are at a better birthday price.
Customer service said that is just for today so they can’t price adjust? I haven’t even received the items yet. If I purchased today with the lower price and then returned my order it wood be worse for them with the free shipping etc.
Customer service has gone down hill with HSN taking this stance.
Sorry just lost a good customer .

You need to call back and speak to another customer service rep. Not all are the same some are rude and lazy and will not accommodate you as a customer.

I called CS today and requested a price adjustment for all Andrew Lessman items I purchased in the last 30 days. The CS rep calculated the savings and credited the difference to my Spendable Kash account. I realize the extra 10% off is a special one-day-only promotion, and the system cannot calculate the price adjustment, but a knowledgeable CS rep can manually calculate the savings and credit your account. HTH

Birthdsay is over! Its 8-1! It should have been a better price on the 28th, this makes no sense and she is due a price adjustment – is customer service going to say this all month to people when prices go lower? Birthday pricing should be over, if there is a markdown it shouldnt be labeled “birthday pricing” and is it stated somewher that bday prices arent eligible dor price adjustments?

ooooops only 7-31 not August first yet. Still, I believe she is due an adjustment. It was very nice of CS to give her spendable cash but it just doesn’t make sense she just placed the order.
