Birthday Price free S/H

I have the same issue. I ordered an item few hours ago but didn’t realize they charged me shipping and handling. I called to get that corrected. I was told the birthday price wasn’t offering FREE S/H because it’s an old video. I even stated that if I look at an item it’s not my fault that’s it’s showing an old video. It should be honored. She would not honor that video . This really makes me feel that this may be my last purchase from HSN.

Ok, so I am a litttle confused, you purchased something online and you watched the online video presentation and the product had free shipping on the video, so you thought you should get free shipping? Thats a little cray cray . If they honered the the price or free shipping from the video of every product they would prob never get any sales without giving a sale price, free shipping or both.
