Free S/H on Birthday Priced Items?
Do I understand correctly that HSN is offering free S/H on all birthday priced items this weekend? I am interested in ordering item #846-973 Samantha Brown 3-piece packing cubes. They are priced at a reduced birthday price, but show $5.50 S/H. Please advise. Thanks
