App requires login every time I use it

Does anyone know why I have to enter manually my username and password multiple times throughout the day on the app? I don’t mind logging in but it’s EVERY single time I go into the app throughout the day and just started a couple of weeks ago

I’m very sorry you’re having such trouble with the app. Sometimes an uninstall and reinstall clears up these types of things, if you’d like to try. If that doesn’t work, please let us know.
