HSN – what the heck is going on?
I cannot believe the lack of selection of newer products, or even selling something OTHER THAN the same six products in each category. Perlier, Skinn, Benefit…Nina Leonard, DG2, G by Guiliana, Rhonda Shear, Colleen Lopez, Marla Wynne, Curtis Stone, Ninja, KitchenHQ, Tony Little, Live Pure, Origami, and not much else (I’m sure I missed a couple). How many products can you recycle? I am truly saving so much money. TikTok is getting my money these days. The deals are fantastic, shipping is fast and often free, there are a ton of products.

I agree they are catering to the average size and tall heavy-set women. It is like they are making clothing for women who hate buying clothes and don’t like their bodies.
HSN is just going downhill with their clothing and cheap skin care lines they are offering. It is the same old stuff that no one wants yet they keep pushing it on us.
I love Isomers and they hardly sell anything from Manuela’s line, so I am buying it elsewhere.
HSN sells merchandise that nobody wants how do you stay in business and pay all these hosts big paychecks when you are selling junk at a high price.
I am rooting for HSN but they are not doing right by their customers’ requests. -
As a matter of RESPECT TO FALLEN VETERANS, please ask your hosts and guests to refrain from saying “Happy Memorial Day”. It’s highly disrespectful to those who are being honored this weekend. There is nothing HAPPY about the holiday’s meaning. Happy Memorial Day WEEKEND is a bit better, but Memorial DAY is never happy.

I just watched a DG2 t shirt with a round silk back and I wouldn’t pay $10.00 for that. I can’t with the non-fashion items anymore. I remember the nights I would stay up to watch the midnight launch of DG2. The bags in the knees on her jeans…Why not come up with tummy control-since you want to sell to older women. Who’s running this clown show?

This is a fair critique. I love HSN but they have over the past couple of years started really focusing on a few brands. I remember awhile back all I saw was G by Giuliana and then it was Nakery. I get that they want to highlight brands that will sell but I agree they need more variety. I’ve been giving HSN this feedback for awhile now. They need to showcase more designers and vendors. I do like that they have added Megan Renee, Byron Lars, Tineco, Wagner, Necessities, DiFerdinando handbags, and Dreamlounge pajamas but they need more. Even if some of these vendors and designers are camera shy and are uncomfortable selling on TV then give them a brand ambassador. There should be a lot more variety presented for customers to choose from.

Also want to add that I know the economy is not helping the situation as people are not buying as much but I’m hoping HSN can hang in there and turn it around because I don’t want them to fail and people to lose their jobs.

Bankruptcy. I’m not sure if people really understand what it means.

Chapter 11 means they are RESTRUCTURING. Nothing changes with the shopping networks. They are moving things around. We will see fewer flex/easy pays, higher shipping. Things like that. If they go into Chapter 7, that’s when things grind to a halt.

Okay, but if you were a vendor, would you ship MORE merchandise when you haven’t been paid for previous merchandise? Some of these vendors are owed millions of dollars. Theoretically, they will be paid when the bankruptcy reorganization is approved by the court, but that’s not until July, at best.
If I were a vendor, I’d hold off until I got paid.
