What’s the deal with delayed shipping updates?
I’m tired of receiving emails stating your item shipped. I try to track and USPS still says 4 days later they don’t have the pkg. The PO also tracked the number and stated they do not have it. I haven’t shopped in 6 months. Now I remember why.

USPS takes forever like a slow boat to China & my apartment complex where I live they throw all the packages on the floor in bldg 1 and I live in bldg 2 so not only does it take forever getting her from HSN but then I have to hunt for it through a million other packages. So, between poor shipping policies from HSN and poor delivery conditions I am lucky if I even receive my orders after waiting forever.

I would put my mail on hold when I see it is almost here then go pick it up Saturday at the post office. If the package is there take it off hold if not ask to keep it on hold. I’ve done that with really important stuff because of homeless here. My son’s pink slip for his car was coming and he was told by DMV it would be 8 weeks. It came in a few days so I mailed it to him in another state. DMV wouldn’t mail it to him where he actually lived. The post office can only deliver it if they get it. They are being blamed for other servers and stores who use private small local deliverers who are horrible, putting packages under bushes outside near homeless,

OnTrac is even worse. Items on my porch without warning.
Don’t get me started on the DMV. Grossly incompetent.

I don’t think items get scanned correctly. I have items not received — out for delivery.

éveryone who ordered the survivor ràdio never shipped after 7 days. I irdè mine on April 20 . april 27 still never shipped. I got a refund añd they were just delivered Friday May 1st. I now have to take them to ups to send back to HSN. they call the order shipped once they put the label n it that must change.
