cannot add items to cart and cannot view order history

trying to add a comfort code sleeveless tank style midi – says cannot add to my cart – and on my iPhone there is NO way to view MY account. something isn’t right – anyone have any suggestions other than throwing my phone into traffic?

This has been an ongoing problem for me over a year. They obviously have a terrible tech team and it reflects in the slow purchases they have lately. HSN people cannot order off your website and you are LOSING money!!!!! Fix it already!!!!!

I’m really sorry you’re running into this, that’s definitely frustrating when you’re just trying to shop! Can I ask if you’re using the app or the website on your phone? If you’re using the app, are you on the latest version? And if you’re on a browser, which one are you using (Safari, Chrome, etc.) Once I have that info, I can help troubleshoot this with you.
