Website frustrations
Website issues. Cannot see color of item if you click on it! You have to see if it is rolling on top and then hope colir is displayed! Weird. Hard to explain. If you want to see color if item on a model, you cant unless you arrow through and sometimes its covered by ad,etc. Try it management! Very frustrating. It doesn’t happen on QVC site.

If you’re getting the little ad in the corner, I think you can hit “ESC” and it will go away.

We’re interested in getting a further look to see what we can adjust on our end of the road. If you haven’t already, there are a few things you might consider trying first: Update your devices system to the latest version internally, if you’re on the app uninstall it to reinstall it. This can force any updates on the app required. Also consider clearing your web browser & cookies, trying another browser, and power down the device for five minutes. These tips can help things run more smoothly when shopping and watching.
