No Video Sound
This is still a difficult situation. The sound is on during the initial presentations, but not if you want to see it later. It does not matter which program I am using, there is no sound, even on You Tube. Mainly I use the Silk Browser that is with most Amazon devices. However, the other browsers also have issues such as Microsoft and Google. I do not use Facebook. This is very disconcerting to me, since I am away most of the time visiting my husband in Rehab. The satellite TV in his room is very limited. This has gone on way too long.

We’ve been passing every bit of information we can get along to our tech team, and they’ve been trying to reach out to customers with additional questions so they can resolve this issue. Infinity /Verizon is my network provider and this issue never occurred in the past.You keep saying you are fixing it but it’s continuing.

The video playbacks are still a mess. There is No video sound on products and this is an ongoing issue on QVC and HSN. They are now closed captioned silent videos when clicked on and this is killing sales.The problem is ongoing…

What happened to your videos?? They are all CC an no sound button!! This has been the case for a long while now and i did not change a thing on my end it is horrible i cannot listen and watch presentations anymore and i am not reading the CC!!!

Forgot to mention that sometimes there is an arrow where the sound icon should be. The arrow does form a half circle. Does not matter which browser I am using, no sound.

I am having problems with my cell. Last week I was trying to hear the presentation from Heidi Daus to no avail. Also the TS is minus the sound unless I catch the presentation at midnight. I mainly use Silk which is Amazon’s internet browser. When I use the desktop, it is MSN and Google or Google Chrome. If I want to listen to one particular presentation after the broadcast, I get a video without the sound. What I see is a semi circle or a circle in the bottom left hand corner where the sound icon would be. This stops the recording, and in my case, the entire video. I also notice that other customers are having the same or similar problems.

I am so sorry for the continued trouble with this! Our IT team has been actively looking into the issue, but so far they haven’t been able to identify a sound-related problem on their end. It also looks like they attempted to reach out, but were unable to leave a message because the voicemail box was full. Your internet provider (Spectrum, WOW, etc.)
The item number or specific show you’re trying to watch
