Beekman Product Packaging

Received recent shipment of hand body wash duo manuka honey in sealed plastic bag with pump already attached also received body cream with a strip of tape on top of the jar to the side. Open jar and there was no cover inside jar covering creme . Cover was already stuck to top of lid . Anyone else receiving Beekman product in this manner or are these leftover display show products ?

I am really sorry that your jar arrived without a seal, @chichi7777. This is certainly not the experience we want for you, and I am glad to see that you were able to receive assistance with this. I apologies for the concerns and reassure you that we do not sell display or open box items unless explicitly marked as such. I can’t speak to packaging, but I’ve always assumed that display products get snapped up by staff and crew, not returned to inventory.
