Coupons Invalid

I agree. Stop issuing coupons that you do not honor. I tried using the celebrate coupon. I went through the entire checkout process where it showed the $30 discount with the reduced pricing. I submitted the order. I was billed for the full amount. The order has already shipped so I can not cancel it. I called customer service and that was a waste of time.

Apparently I stumbled onto an item that will be the TS on Friday (Birkenstock). I suspect that is why the coupon didn’t work. The price went up overnight, so I guess I have a sneak peak.
However, the item is not marked TS. How are customers supposed to know?

When HSN sits around wondering why sales are tanking, add “confusion” and “deception.”

Call customer service and order what you want.Then ask them to put in the coupon.This is what I do.I have never had a problem.If you can not use the coupon for something they will tell you why.

I’m sorry CELEBRATE43 did not work for you, Keep in mind, coupons often exclude items in categories like clearance, Today’s Specials, footwear, gaming, and electronics. An item with a red price or free shipping on a promotion will likely reject coupons as items discounted greater than the coupon value will default to the sale discount as opposed to removing it to apply the lower coupon discount. But if the item is eligible and the coupon will not apply, customer service will be happy to report the error AND apply the coupon manually for you. Also, full refunds are only issued if the item is damaged or defective and you contact customer service to let us know so we can waive return shipping and document the issue. Otherwise, shipping charges are not refunded. I’m sorry I don’t have better news in regard to these refunds.

QVC is in talks for Bankrupcy, and since the same company owns both, HSN will probably follow suit. The way they are going about it by lowering all easy-pays is not going to work. Whatever happens it is the best thing to happen for some of us who should save more money. Besides the quality of some of the clothes has taken a hit. I believe the claim of send it back and we will refund your money 100% has been a hard lesson for myself, because they fail to mention that that will keep half of it!!!!!!!!!!!!SHAMEFUL and might just be illegal.

Ennui I had the same problem on celebrate 43. However, when I used all caps on celebrate it took. Try it that way.
