Watch Now Program Video Option on Mobile App

For some reason, since about mid day Wednesday, I have not been able to go to HSN Mobile app program guide and access the watch now option on the guide to see a program video I wanted to view. That option is missing from the program guide for several days now. Can you please check into that problem and see why and add it back so I am able to watch a show that is not live? Thank you for your assistance in this issue.

Thank you for taking those steps, @pat210. It’s not often the device itself but rather the app that might get buggy, and a un/reinstall and restart often fixes thing to avoid further troubleshooting. I have reached out to our Mobile Development team with the information you’ve shared, and someone will post as soon as we hear back.

Ok, I uninstalled and then reinstalled the HSN mobile app and then powered off and back on my cell phone. That did not correct issue. I have an Android Nokia smartphone. I truly don’t believe it is my phone. When you go to the program guide for a show that is not live there has always been a “watch now” option to watch a show you missed. That is no longer showing as an option on new shows from sometime Wednesday. Please check this out. Thanks. All other app functions are working as before.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble accessing parts of your HSN Mobile app. First, can you please try un/reinstalling your app and see if that fixes the issue for you? If you still have trouble, please let us know what type of device you’re using (Apple/Android model) and any other information you think is important so we can work on getting things right for you.
