No Video Sound
I have the same problem with the sound. This is an issue with all my videos pertaining to HSN. The sound icon is missing, therefore there is nothing to mouse over.

Yes, why didn’t they just leave well enough alone?. No volume icon. No sound. I have to go on the downloaded App icon for HSN to get any sound on the new Heidi Daus Presentations. As someone was saying, what the heck is going on with the little square video down at the bottom left-hand corner?? Just put it back the way it always was so you’re not aggravating your customers.

To answer, I use both Chrome/Google and MSN, I should also say that there are some videos that can be watched and listened to. I also use the Silk Browser that came with the Amazon Fire Tablets and that includes the Max. These non verbal videos pertain only to your website. Cannot vouch for Facebook since I do not go to that website and that includes X and others. At first I thought it was my computer, but I have the same problem on the other devices including the cellphone. What I see is a half circle or a full circle where the icon should be for the voice. When you click on that area, the video returns to the beginning of the segment. I actually thought it was a glitch pertaining to my electronics until today when I read that others were voicing the same concern.

I wanted to provide an update to the sound issues. Although I reported them before I have re-reported the issue with more information for our IT team in the hopes they get this done expeditiously and I’ll return here to let you know as soon as I hear the issue is resolved.
