Hosts Please Give Sizes!

It’s not much help when the show host only tells how tall the model is and the size she is wearing. No mention of garment measurements, which to me is important. When it comes to jackets, most of the models are wearing at least a size too small, so they are not in their correct size anyway. Many of them couldn’t even come close to buttoning what they are modeling. Maybe sizes in the dressing room are limited so they have to wear whatever is available.
As far as Marla’s fashions, I purchased a pair of grey jeans a couple of months ago and I hate them. No give in the waist, baggy everywhere else, and too short like flood pants. I haven’t bought any of her clothes since that debacle.

Good grief Marla’s stuff is oversized for sure as well her pants running short. Bootcut short pants are even less attractive than a short straight leg. Short bootcuts look like floods and don’t make for a slender silhouette.

Every time they actually do give the sizing of what the host and models are wearing, it seems like the round down in sizes. I have heard TV makes one appear bigger but then they say they are in the extra extra small and I wonder. Sometimes you can see that the garment is actually way too small and tight on whomever is wearing it. But yes, Marla’s stuff is so oversized and big, bulky that it swallows me up. Plus just not flattering even on the models.

I saw a story online with Melissa Rivers about what clothing styles are out of fashion. She said oversized anything is now out and a more natural fit is in. I thought she needs to tell Marla this. I love how Marla’s clothing is so well made but please go back to a more natural fit, Marla, although I know you have done bulky tops and ankle length pants (only) for years. Love the clothing but it looks awful on me as I am petite.
