Keep getting sent to off shore (Philliipines I think) to place orders
When I call in to place an order by phone it keeps sending me to an operator who is in the Phillipines. I don’t feel comfortable doing this since they always ask for my credit card number and code on the back of the card. I’ve ordered for years and I don’t like all my credit card information and security code given every time. I am afraid of scams. My identity has been hacked before so I just don’t order anymore when they say I can’t just type in my item number without the off shore operator. HSN is losing a lot of business because of this. Please go back to the original US based representatives.

Sadly, most call centers nowadays are routed to the Philippines. It used to he mostly India or Mexico based call centers, but now for some reason it’s the Philipines.
Despite what customer service posted, it’s *HIGHLY* doubtful that they will ceasevyhis practice. It’s about the money, afterall! -
I’m so sorry for the frustration and concern this has caused, @calcarol. I completely understand how important it is to feel secure when placing orders. I’ll be sure to share your feedback with the appropriate team regarding your experience and your suggestion for U.S.-based representatives.
To help us better understand the situation, could you please confirm which phone number you’ve been calling? This will allow us to pass along more detailed information to the team. Thank you so much for taking the time to share your concerns!
