HSN refused to post a truthful, negative review.
I attempted to post a negative review about a knife that had a flawed design. It would’ve been the third review acknowledging the flaw, but HSN notified me that my review would not be posted. It was polite, factual, and appropriate. However, I mentioned “China” as the manufacturer and felt that may have been the culprit, so I tried again. I kept it brief and to the point, with no mention of the manufacturer, but HSN still didn’t post it. The knives are being clearanced and are drastically reduced. Gee, I wonder why?

Being truthful means nothing nowadays. If one small word or phrase may remotely offend someone your review will be toast!
