Tracking option on orders??? Not working?
Order history function on items shipped won’t allow tracking, it was fine last night and today it will not show tracking number/or status of where pkg is. Why? What happened – I track my stuff once it’s shipped daily and now it’s not allowing me to do so…. C’mon HSN get it together please.

Thank You! I used my MAC and could easily get the tracking from my order status. Must be my “smart” phone 🙂

I’m sorry you’re having trouble tracking your shipped orders. I attempted to do the same and was able to track all your orders from “Order Status” normally. There may have been a momentary issue with our site, with your device, “cookies,” or permissions. I would suggest clearing cache/cookies, trying to view our site from a different device, a different browser, or downloading the HSN shopping app to see if you can track your orders there.
