When will my orders fwd. to USPS/be shipped?

Hello,
I have 2 orders (Rarities Sapphire rings), and 1 Rarities Green diamond Evil Eye ring that I ordered. The sapphire rings say, “Shipped”, but info. has not been received by USPS (all items are being shipped to my PO Box).
– I wanted to ask if you kindly knew when the 2 pkgs. that say “Shipped” will be forwarded to USPS, and when the other Rarities Evil Eye ring (the most recent one I ordered), will go to the “Packaging”, then “Shipped” status?

Hello, thank you kindly for the reply. I understand mix ups happen, and yes I have sent back the incorrect color for the correct one, as an exchange. I dealt with a nice customer service agent in regards to that.
I may reach out again, just to double check on the status of the exchange. In the meantime, I am much obliged for your help and I hope you have a good holiday!

Great news! Your orders for item 922974 Rarities Gold-Plated Colors of Sapphire Ring have been delivered today.

  Thank you for the info. Unfortunately, one of the colors of sapphire ring arrived in the wrong color (yellow, instead of pink). I had to return one , for an exchange.
