Poor quality produts/Poor customer service
Continues to have poor quality products and customer service. Customer service does not appropriatly respond to problems

I cannot speak to CS since I have not had to communicate with them. I have noticed that shipping has much improved (at least for me) since the move. My orders arrive ahead of schedule in most cases.
