Promo Code Wasn't Applied To My Order!

I just placed my order thru the HSN App and used the promo code TREAT25 to save 20% off of my order. During checkout I got notification that the promo code was successfully applied to my order & showed that I would save $7.99! My item went from $39.95 to $31.96. Everything was correct and submitted my order. But now I just got a email confirmation for my order and it shows that I was charged full price. I’m assuming there was a glitch and somehow my promo code wasn’t properly applied to my order. I have never had this problem before! I’m 100% certain that it said my promo code was applied (as I saw the discount myself)….yet seems when I submitted it my promo code vanished. Has anyone else had this issue with this promo code today? Can someone from customer service please apply the discount to my order? I would like to be refunded my $7.99 (plus tax). Thanks!

    I’m sorry the charges were not what you expected to see initially. I assure you that your discount has been applied. The order total (with tax) is $33.56, and the first Flexpay is indeed $12.26 because the tax is included on that first payment.

    Whenever you purchase an item with any discount, whether it is a coupon or other promotion, we still must obtain authorization for the full amount from your method of payment. Once the amount has been fully authorized the pending amount will drop and you will only be charged what you were promised at check out.

      Hi, Yes it’s correct now because I cancelled the original order & just repurchased the item. The second order the coupon code was successfully applied with no error. The order that your seeing is the second order that I placed. The original order was cancelled and should be shown under my cancelled orders page. But the issue has been resolved now, I was able to resolve it myself yesterday. Thanks

    Hi, Sorry just a quick follow up message that I forgot to add in my previous message. When I applied my promo code I did the 3 Flex-Pay payment option & it said that my first payment (with TAX) would be $12.26…. Yet my first payment was $15.33. My order total that I was charged was $41.95. The correct amount should have been $33.56 (with the tax included). $8.39 price discount with TREAT25 coupon applied ($7.99 plus tax = $8.39). Which I would like to be refunded! At checkout it showed all the correct pricing with the discount applied….yet once I submitted my order something happened and my discount vanished? Was absolutely shocked to receive my order confirmation email and see that I was charged full price. I’m 100% certain that I applied this discount to my order and verified it before submitting my order.
