hsn shop and share squad

Does anyone do the surveys for shop and share squad, where you earn points for kash to use? Trying to find out who’s in charge of this, everytime I earn Kash, they say it’s been put in my account, and nothing. I going thru this right now, been almost 2 weeks Kash not in hsn account. I think Hsn should just stop this, if there not going to do what they say.

Never heard of it. I’ve shopped HSN for 35 years and have never been included in any of their programs like this one or where they send you a product to try out and review. It is disappointing that loyalty is not rewarded at all. Hope they get yours straight. Looks like someone is trying. Good luck!
