Frustrating order experience with customer service
just had the most frustrating experience trying to place an order. The man who was taking the order barely spoke English and couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. told me what I was ordering was no longer available. So I called back again and this time I got a woman who spoke and understood. The item I wanted was available and she ordered it. What is going on HSN?????????

O wow I’m sorry you had that experience! A couple of weeks ago I had good customer service with both HSN and QVC BUT I think it was the QVC call, the customer service reps baby started crying in the background while on the phone! So, I think alot may be working from home in different locations?? That might explain your issue but customer service should always go well and not have that issue.
