Mean people
They are mean spirit people’s,who don’t care about anything, what they saying about the hosts and new models, they will learn will and probably become better than the one’s in Florida was and they have feelings to, and listen all this negative spew out
about them unnecessary, if you don’t like them just turn the channel and just my opinion

all I know is some of the models dont look like models and if you cant do a job your hired for you shouldnt be doing it, what is this about feelings and mean people? its a place to voice your opinion good or bad and turning the channel shouldnt be the answer and qvc wouldnt want you to since how is that good for business huh. you fluffy people should wake up since all thats happening in the world isnt nice a lot of it. this whole social media isnt nice. being able to complain is one of the only nice things about it so dont expect sugar coating if truth is what were supposed to write. truth is hsn isnt the same fun place it was but i knew once qvc got involved it would change to the more all business straight face no fun kinda place where they stay on items so long you get bored and clearance is a joke since they dont mark down and re mark down enough. anyway i think if enough people notice a problem with an employee that by posting those remarks could actually save that persons job if they read it and listen and take it for what it is. It can make them better at the job and then they can get positive reviews. goody

Opinions can be very helpful to management and talent, IF the criticism is constructive. Like reminding folks that espresso doesn’t contain an X (LOL) or to remind them not to talk over the guests, etc. But often times, the Internet anonymity somehow gives way from constructive opinions to cruelty. If you wouldn’t say it to their face, or if you would be marched into HR if you said it to a work colleague, may be you should pause for a bit before hitting the ‘post’ button. The hosts are people with feelings, as are the other folks posting in this ‘community’. Just sayin’.☮️

Want my money? Lol … well, guess what! My money comes with my opinion. However, on a personal level, I never attack an individual due to their weight, looks, etc. It should be the Golden Rule NOT to do that. Come to think of it, there is such a rule! I will express my opinion about a product. I also will express my disappointment if the product is misrepresented. As far as targeting individuals, I try not to do that.

Gotta love the HSN cheerleading squad, whose unofficial, self-proclaimed job is to leap on any post that has constructive criticism about hosts and call the posters mean people because we don’t agree that everyone is oh so perfect right out of the gate. They don’t realize that by doing that, they don’t look all that intelligent, because they don’t actually READ the posts that are written. They then add their own incorrect noncomprehension and look like they have no actual basis to their post.

If we don’t express, then how will HSN know? There are people today who can’t handle criticism, unless they agree. Lind like the politics today. If you are new to HSN, then maybe you can’t connect, but many of us can relate and we miss the old HSN…THAT’S ALL! I’ll bet you that many of the complainers spent a lot of bucks here as it is easy to do.

I agree to many lonely miserable folks need a different activity other than watching HSN and QVC 24-7 and looking for fault in the hosts or models constantly. its either their weight or the way they move their hands or the way they talk or their nail polish. I bet they dont spend thier money that often, but tune in to their favorite movie HSN, QVC as the Critics. I believe some complaints are warranted but this is like HSN COMMUNITY GOSSIP.. Listening to these folks they will help close HSN down and run shoppers away with their negativity about…..NOTHING.

That is absolutely right. It is your opinion. Just as our opinions are our opinions. As paying customers, we have every right to express our minds as long as it does not include personal attacks. That is not helpful at all. And I have been a member since 1989. Simply changing the channel is not addressing anything other than maybe ignoring that which is obvious. To tell you the truth, I do most of my purchasing on line so I rarely watch any of them on air. I can do my shopping on the go, etc. It works out better for me.

Like I said before, just change the channel, and stop complaining over nothing, and if you don’t like what you seeing on tv then change the channel simple at that, just my opinion again

These people are public figures. Do you not discuss and critique politicians? Big time celebrities? Even perhaps your children’s school teacher or sports coach?
Perhaps more directly, you’ve never gone into a store and a salesperson was too pushy or didn’t really seem to know how to answer your question about a perfume or a vacuum cleaner so you left without purchasing and feeling disappointed that the store nor the salesman couldn’t help you? Remember HSN is a bunch of glamorized sales people. If they can’t sell me with what they do on camera, I’m not buying.

Sharon818…my thoughts exactly. As much as I liked, and perhaps preferred, their presentations from FL, these problems did not occur overnight. Something was off long before the move. Now that they have to act professional and actually do their jobs, some of the lack of talent shows.
I have a different slant on the above posts. I don’t think it is negative for good, paying customers to voice their discontent over something. After all, our purchases pay their salaries. I do agree that no one should be permitted to make personal remarks against anyone. That serves no purpose. If, however, something needs to be brought to the attention of those in charge, I see that as constructive criticism and should be taken as such.

This didn’t just happen when they moved to PA. It was easier to hide the flaws because they still had seasoned hosts out there to cover. Now with hosts working 4 hour shifts in many cases, until the new hosts come up to par, and the others have made their moves, it only shows the weaknesses of the newer hosts even more. Nothing has changed except we are stuck with inexperience that is going unchecked. Those of us who have been with HSN through so many years (43 years for me and I’m not the only one) are sad, disappointed, and somewhat disgusted how HSN is morphing into the worst parts of QVC. Constructive criticism is not meant to be mean. People twist words and see meanness where none was ever meant. Also, the lack of diversity with the new hosts is glaring. Not putting the new ladies down at all, it’s just bad planning on HSN’s and Qurate’s end.

Not mean.Truthful and expressive.We spend money and if we have opinions as paying longtime customers so be it! I spend money on QVC as well as HSN since day one. The QVC unit is tight and coordinated. Quarter treats HSN like the homely stepchild and it is evident more now than ever.Thank goodness for the seasoned hosts that made the move because they are trying their best to keep it together. The PA models are all over the place and not up to standards. The models from Florida deserved more than what they got…the kaboot. They added value and it was not appreciated or reciprocated when HSN moved.

I do agree that lately it seems like it should be called Constant Complaining Community…… I totally get the frustrations or even disappointment in the changes and the move but there’s no reason to just spend post after post just throwing out cruel insults for the sake of it or to get reactions 🤷♀️
