The Programming
I wish so badly that we would go back to the old programming where we had several different products a day to choose from.. we have two to three everyday, most of the clothes are for older ladies and not attractive at all.. have all that stopped watching..

I don’t think HSN’s vision was ever to go back to the way it was. They might be trying to appeal to a younger audience. It doesn’t seem to be working. I don’t think HSN and QVC will become one. HSN will bring the Q down. I love shopping at Marshall’s and TJX . Getting great prices on clothes I like is fun. It seems HSN has lost many of their loyal customers. They need to do something soon. Having the same vendors over and over is boring. It really is sad watching the ship sink.

Hi @flo238 and everyone. Thanks for reaching out and sharing your feedback. We’re listening and know how it can be tiering seeing the same items over and over again, and we appreciate you letting us know that you’re missing variety in our programming. We’ve passed this on to our teams to consider as we plan for future content. Stay tunes for some exciting new things we have planned. We think you’ll love what’s coming next.

I would also like to see the designers, not Brand Representatives. Give me DG, or Antthony to sell me their clothes, they describe them correctly show different sized models so you can see what you would look like in the outfit. The hosts spend too much time acting like girlfriends/friends and not people selling the items.

It is very annoying and i sure a lot if people are tired of seeing the same items and fumbling hosts IF there is a problem with more or whatever it should be announced. This is supposed to be one of the best shopping channels !

I stopped shopping HSN. Marshalls and TJMax have the cutest things at half the price. Very good quality too. I can go out shopping, try some pretty things on, and then go to lunch with my husband for the price (if not less) than shopping on HSN. I am 75 and I wouldn’t wear the clothing that they sell. They are so ugly. I wonder if they are trying to phase out HSN. It seems they really promote QVC.

100% agree!! TJ Maxx is my go to not just for clothing but jewelry, skin care and hair care products as well. It’s way more affordable than anything on HSN.

I agree with you SuzyQ…..I am so tired of the ever ending jeans! DG2 I think is leading the pack. There is more to one’s wardrobe than jeans. I do like Jaclyn Smith, who is so classy and carries herself so quietly. I think, HSN especially has seen its better days.

Dear Flo238. I am definitely an older lady and I would not buy those fashions. And I will guarantee you none of the hosts would wear them either. It’s so pathetic what has happened at these once wonderful companies. In my closet I still have fashions from so many of those wonderful designers who were truly designers. And here’s a question for HSN/QVC how many pairs of jeans does one person have to own? Just once I wish the powers to be would listen to their customers who have supported them all these years.
