HSN will be losing sales more & more
I have complained before, the images of items for sale is NOT available in plus sizes, there are very limited plus sizes models, it is hard to gauge sizing when all you show is small and X-small when one wears a large to X-large!
WHERE are the Dg2 items shown over the weekend the images and video? I will not spend nearly $80.00 on a bomber jacket when I cannot review the video. There are so many DG2 items with no pictures it is a joke! The videos for those items are NOT available under the program guide. I wanted a top and cannot find the right one or confirm it’s the right one to make a purchase. What the heck is going on? This is totally unacceptable business practices and you will lose sales because of it, I would have spent 150.00 dollars but need to confirm my purchases with pictures and an already made video….NO EXCUSES HSN! This is so upsetting! I am a rather big spender & I am tired of it!

@clm827, I’m sorry to see that some of the items pictures are missing from the product page. Was there an item you’d like me to look at to see if I can provide information to help you decide if it’s the correct item you want to purchase?

It has been 17 hrs and customer service is ignoring my concerns….there are still missing pictures and video of DG2 Diane Gilman items showed over the weekend, today is free shipping and NO customer service. This is upsetting HSN, the Jean queens will buy items when DG2 does it unveiling of products on Facebook, HSN customers want more!

All of our pleas are falling on deaf ears. HSN seems to no longer care about their customers at all. The most likely lost a sell here on those items you mentioned. I guess they think “what is one little sell?” Well multiply that by a few dozen or even hundreds. It’s a lot.
