THERMO GEL DESTROYED TWEAKED
I am lover of all tweaked, but few years ago, no tariffs, but post covid Denis decided to put Canadian thermo gel into all products he makes. Of course, i jumped on it too, thinking this will be good for my natural blond wavy hair. Sorry to say I am super disappointed that my hair is dry and frizzed up. Not everyone needs this gel inside the product, maybe mist and balm can go without. So now, I’m lost in haircare space looking for a balm that was discontinued, mist that was discontinued and products without termo gel… help if anyone knows anyone. thanks

Denis mentioned during the last batch of shoes that Ojon oil is also referred to as batana oil, which is readily available on “A” and other websites. That might be a viable alternative. Another benefit of batana oil is that it helps with hair loss and minimal patterned baldness.

Denis also said that SWA+ will be coming back, not sure if anyone here tried that line of his. I think SWA was the product line that came after original Ojon was sold to Estee Lauder.

Hey ennui — thank you so much for all the info on the Tweak’d website — especially the Everything Balm, which just happens to be the greatest product Denis ever created!!!! I’m heading to the website now and hoping to find all my “OLD” favorites!! Thank you again!!

Many of the classic items are available on the tweak-d.com website. Sign up for emails and watch for sales. There are even a few items on BOGO, including the Everything Balm, which is highly rated.
I am not affiliated with Tweak’d. -
Hi NikiG3 — I was so surprised to see your post on the new line of Tweak’d products. I truly believed I was the ONLY individual having problems with the new products and actually hating the results with overly dry, frizzy hair, completely lifeless, and color stripped after a few uses. I have used Tweak’d for years (Ojon before) and always had the most beautiful, full, shiny hair possible. I always received so many compliments that I had the “healthiest, most beautiful hair.” Not the case anymore — even my hair guru stated last month “WHAT THE HECK are you doing to your hair?” Thankfully, I still have a decent stash of the “OLD-time” products (Tribal Chocolate, Restore, and Above the Clouds cleansing treatments, mists, and balms) and hopefully I will be able to restructure my hair back to “beautiful” again. But, I agree with you, once my OLD-time stash is depleted, I’m really concerned what to use, not knowing what might be available in the market place that will work as great as the “original” Tweak’d products. We need to tell Denis to leave a GOOD, GREAT thing alone!!
