My Address is Blocked from Purchases
I live at an address with 3 different apartments in it and upon attempting to make my first purchase with HSN today, it said I need to try again or call customer service. I chatted with customer service and they said the address is unable to make purchases but they wouldn’t give me any further information. The rep asked me how long i’ve lived at my address and I told her 13 years, though this is my first HSN purchase. I feel this is extremely unfair, I am essentially being banned from shopping on HSN due to the fault of someone who lives in my building that I pretty much don’t even know. I hope someone at HSN can clear this up for me and I dont feel I should be punished for something someone else did that has nothing to do with me.
