Originally, we could go pick-up our items at a local location or pay for shipping. I will always remember this and thinking how cool it was to purchase things on TV! I know times are hard with streaming and less cable TV customers (many still carrying dish, but most are streaming now). I do hope this might save the owners money to continue with Television shopping networks. I know Shophq tried to incorporate streaming. I would recommend Tik Tok videos, etc., to reach younger generations. My whole house is HSN, closet and beyond and I get compliments all the time.
