Hue Order (9 items) Shipped Together My Shipping Costs 9 items = $31.50 Yikes
I ordered nine items during the Hue Capri TS, 8 of the items were Hue capris (5)/T-shirts (3) & one Capri was Antthony. My order shipped today with nine items being shipped together. I was charged $3.50 per item and paid a total of $31.50 in shipping fees for those 9 items. This is totally unacceptable. There is NO way those items shipped together cost $31.50. What am I suppose to do??HSN needs to evaluate shipping costs on multiple items purchased together!!!

I’m sorry that you were charged so much for the shipping on your order, @clm827. We do our best to ensure the shipping is fair. I completely understand your concern, though. While I am unable to make any changes to the order, I have reported your concern so this situation can be reviewed and added a $25 Ka$h credit to your account to use on your next order.
