technical issues lately

I used to watch HSN on channel 72 but recently they changed to 70. The latest channel has bad reception and cuts out a lot.

Also, I cannot leave reviews or even read them anymore, what is going on?

Does not have anything to do with resetting password. I can exchange, return, order again …everything else but leave or read a review. There haven’t been any reviews on new items that I can find and I rely on them often. It just causes more returns.
