Bot Message
Why do we need to see Products on Youtube ? For months I tried all the trouble shooting etc . I can’t see any Videos . Very Frustrating. I use to shop weekly . You only get a big black box stating to Confirm you are not a Bot and to check items on YT .

Hi @ladiebiker I’m sorry you’re having trouble viewing our videos. We leverage a YouTube video player for our product videos, and some customers may receive a message to “Sign in to confirm you’re not a bot” when trying to watch videos on HSN.com. This is a recent change by YouTube in an attempt to reduce bot traffic by blocking IP addresses. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to resolve the issue.
